To ensure the search is in line with Client strategic goals the following is an outline of parameters that may be introduced to the search process as required:
- Strategy: Following a detailed brief on Client requirements, timescales are set according to strategic objectives. Prior to initiating the search timescales for presentation of short list and interviews are agreed by key stakeholders to ensure transparency and accountability for work completed
- Confidentiality: Predominantly Radley Scott does not disclose the identity of the Client on initial approach or until the potential candidate has successfully undergone screening and interviewing.
- Client Representation: Consultants at Radley Scott professionally and consistently represent our Clients in the market. From experience, building and maintaining employer branding is a key positive to Clients when engaging a headhunter
- Market Parity: Radley Scott will provide key stakeholders with key market information gathered through the search assignment on areas including market movement, skill, Client company feedback and remuneration detail.
- Cost: Radley Scott predominantly operates on a non-retained basis with a results focused fee structure. Also, through utilizing a headhunting methodology, our targeted, precise approach removes intangibility and results in a shortlist matching specific requirements. Clients have found that this had removed the time and cost waste of considering candidates that do not match specified needs.
