From experience, successful professionals are less likely to be actively seeking an alternative position as generally they will feel happy (high job satisfaction) and secure within their current organsations. These top level professionals are available, however, if approached in a proactive confidential manner.
Each search assignment is bespoke and tailored to Client specific requirements to attract and secure required skill and cultural attributes. Our methodology also enables niche and rare skills to be identified in the market, targeted and successfully placed with our Client companies.
Below is a brief outline of key undertakings during a search assignment:
- An Account Manager is appointed to be the sole point of contact for the Client, alongside the appointment of a research and recruiting team with specific relevant experience
- Potential candidates are identified purely from personal recommendations and referrals via our extensive networks (from same sector companies and compatible organizations as required)
- Candidates are taken through detailed interviewing and pre-screening. Interviews and screening are designed on a bespoke basis and tailored to specific requirements ensuring the identification of tangible levels of achievement, skill and attributes.
- Feedback from interviews is assessed according to Client requirements resulting in shortlist compilation
- To optimize the successful placement of candidates with Clients, candidate motivation and long term aspirations are expertly managed throughout the process and communicated effectively to Clients.
- Open and frequent communication with clients and candidates to maintain accountability and transparency including full briefing and debriefing at interview stages
- Candidates are expertly managed throughout the recruitment process until candidate placement, including provision of resignation and counter offer counselling
