Radley Scott predominantly employs a unique targeted approach to identify, proactively approach and secure key professionals on behalf of our Clients.

From experience, successful professionals are less likely to be actively seeking an alternative position as generally they will feel happy (high job satisfaction) and secure within their current organsations. These top level professionals are available, however, if approached in a proactive confidential manner.

Each search assignment is bespoke and tailored to Client specific requirements to attract and secure required skill and cultural attributes. Our methodology also enables niche and rare skills to be identified in the market, targeted and successfully placed with our Client companies.
